TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE:

Products purchased by the customer through www.aquilosurfskate.com is obliged to the following terms and conditions stated in this page.

TAX CONDITIONS :

– Products purchased may be subject to taxes under a different jurisdiction. Aquilo Surfskate recommends that you research whether you are liable to declare such taxes to the relevant tax authorities. The tax charges will be the full responsibility of the customer.

WARRANTY AND RETURNS :

– Customers may apply for a return and warranty within 10 days after receiving product.
– Shipping costs of the return requests will be the full responsibility of the buyer.

RETURN CONDITIONS :

– All items must be returned in their original selling condition, without having been used or tempered with in all conditions- -.
– All items must be returned with their original boxes.
– All items must be returned in one package.
– Return shipments must be made using the same service as the original delivery.
– We can only accept returns from the country to which an order was originally shipped, for example, orders delivered to the US must be returned from the US
– Customised items cannot be returned.
– Sale items cannot be returned.
– The return is not free of charge (import and shipping fees will be charged at your own expense)

Warranty Conditions:

– In the case that customer files a request for faulty or defect products caused by the seller, customer can submit a return request applicable for warranty considerations by the seller. Seller may ask for further proof of product defaults in photos or media form as part of the return or warranty considerations.
– In the case of particular faulty products of specific mechanical parts solely caused by the default of the seller from the selling conditions newly out of the box, customers can submit a request of parts to be replaced.
– In the case of products received does not match the description listed on the website, a refund request can be submitted for considerations.
– Seller is not accountable for any personal injuries in the events of accidents caused by customers using the products.

Return Request Exemptions :

– When items are checked out and paid by the customer, the order is considered finalised and cannot be reconfigured in any form.
– We exempt return request due to a change of decision and is not due to the default of products.
– Damaged of products due to improper handling, installing processes, and any factors outside of the original product is exempted from return request.
– Please note that scratches and abrasions of the appearance of the product is a natural depreciation of usage, which will not be included for returns.

– We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product is altered or in any shape or form not in its original condition.
– Once you have submitted your request to our email, you will be informed if we propose to reject your refund/exchange. If the product applicable for return, we will process the refund to the payment method used. The return and refund process will be handled in 15 days after the agreement.

SHIPPING CONDITIONS :

– For simple one click purchase products : Please allow 3 to 5 business for handling and packing before shipment to the courier.
– For customised products : Please refer to 7 – 10 business days for handling and packing before shipment to the courier.
– In the case of unprecedented delays of shipment after the seller has submitted the package to the designated courier, it is the responsibility of the courier and is beyond the seller control.
– Shipping time varies to each countries and zones. The suggested time listed by the designated courier is between 3 – 8 business days.
